Print@UCL in the Department

Print@UCL devices are multifunction devices located across the Department and being rolled out across UCL.

The majority of printers allow you to print, scan and photocopy.

How-to guides

Problem with a device?

  1. If you are given on-screen instructions (such as how to clear a paper jam), please follow them to fix the issue.
  2. Restart the device to see if that clears the error.
  3. Call Servicedesk on x25000 (you will be asked for the asset tag and/or serial number of the printer) or click on the customised link below for the specific printer.
If you are having to repeatedly report a recurring issue with a specific printer, please let Ajay know so it can be followed up with the Xerox team.

Device indicates that is requires consumables or paper?
Devices send automated messages to Print Reps when a device is running low on a consumable and then is empty.  If you find that a printer has been inactive for a long period because it requires a consumable, please send a message to geog.it@ucl.ac.uk.  We do not receive automated messages for paper and reams should be collected from G13, North-West Wing or G06, 26 Bedford Way.
