Intelligent Social Systems Lab

Webpage of the Intelligent Social Systems Lab at UCL.

We are an interdisciplinary lab based at University College London. We are interested in sensing, modelling, understanding and predicting human behaviour and dynamics in space and time, at different scales, using the "digital traces" we generate daily in our online and offline lives. We are not only interested in the theoretical aspects, but also in practical real-world applications.

Current areas of interest include:

  • Analysis and modelling of big (and small) data related to human behaviour;
  • Ubiquitous computing;
  • Social computing;
  • Networked systems and network science;
  • Digital health.
  • Security & privacy.
