Training for biodiversity: Conserving our fragile coastline

UCL’s activities relating to the International Year of Biodiversity have highlighted the continuing importance of its longstanding MSc in Conservation, based in UCL Geography. A recent YouTube clip shows Dr Peter Jones leading a regular field class in which students confront the dilemmas of protecting biodiversity in the fragile ecosystem of the Blackwater Estuary, Essex.
