Free Access to The London Journal for July

The London Journal is Journal of the Month on Maney Publishing’s website for July. The site (see below) offers an in-depth look at the Journal, including free access to the last three years’ content and the Top Ten most downloaded articles, as well as a 20% discount on subscriptions.

Professor Richard Dennis is both a trustee and an editorial committee member of the journal and features in an illustrated video explaining the role of its ‘Special Issues’. In recent years, these have addressed such topical themes as Tall Buildings of the London Landscape, Sport in London and Aerial views of Metropolitan London. Richard, with Andrew Harris, contributed a paper in the Tall Buildings Special Issue, to which free access is currently available.

Forthcoming issues are also summarised, later this year on London Scenes, focusing on illustrations of London during the long 18th century, and in 2013 there will be an  issue on 150 Years of the London Underground, for which Richard is both  co-editor and a contributor.
