The Brooks World Poverty Institute has invited Dr Charlotte Lemanski to become a Research Associate

Charlotte to advise leading Poverty Institute

Charlotte Lemanski has been invited to become a Research Associate of the Brooks World Poverty Institute (BWPI).  The BWPI is a multidisciplinary centre of global excellence researching poverty, poverty reduction and inequality in both the developing and developed worlds.  It is based at the University of Manchester and is headed by Nobel Laureate Prof Joseph Stiglitz (former Chief Economist and Senior Vice-President of the World Bank). As a Research Associate, Charlotte will provide formal and informal expertise to the BWPI on issues pertaining to poverty, while also serving as an 'ambassador' for the BWPI.
