Ph.D. Research Summary

The question of institutional capacity building for Earth observations (EO) technology is a substantive one requiring a dedicated analysis of the issues and possibilities. Financial and logistical support provided by the United Stated Geological Survey (USGS); the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra); and, the British National Space Centre (BNSC).
