Dr Peter Jones is to advise the UK government on how socio-economic considerations can be taken into account when designing the network of Marine Protected Areas provided for in the Marine and Coastal Access Bill, currently going through Parliament. The project is led by ABPmer, a leading marine environmental consultancy:
